AI in Healthcare: What It Means for Your Care
AI in Healthcare: What It Means for Your Care
2/2/26
You’ve probably heard a lot about artificial intelligence lately, in medicine, fitness, and just about everything else. I wanted to take a moment to share my perspective on where AI fits in healthcare, and where it doesn’t. AI can be a powerful support tool. It helps organize information, analyze patterns, and improve efficiency. In healthcare, that can mean better research, improved diagnostics, and more accurate tracking of progress over time.
But here’s the important part:
AI doesn’t replace clinical judgment, experience, or hands-on care.
Your body isn’t a spreadsheet. Every injury, every movement pattern, and every recovery process is different. What truly drives results is a thoughtful exam, skilled hands, and a treatment plan built around you, not an algorithm. At Active Spinal, we believe in using the best tools available, while staying grounded in evidence-guided, human-centered care. Technology should support healing, not replace the relationship between doctor and patient. If you ever have questions about new technologies, treatments, or what’s right for your body, I’m always happy to talk through it with you.
Stay active,
Dr. Armen
