Why I practice the way I do
Why I practice the way I do
1/12/26
I started my career working with athletes and quickly learned that pain and performance are rarely about one thing. I treated fighters, triathletes, tennis players and more from weekend warriors to professional athletes at the highest level. Over the years, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of soft-tissue therapies, movement systems, rehabilitation models, sports chiropractic, and nutrition, not because one method had all the answers, but because each revealed a different piece of the puzzle. That experience shaped how I see the body: as an integrated system where pain often reflects compensation, stress, or imbalance rather than a single isolated problem.
Today, my approach is simple. I listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and help people understand what their body is asking for. I don’t believe everyone needs to see us, and I don’t believe in ongoing care without a clear reason. Pain doesn’t mean you’re broken, it usually means something needs more support or a different strategy. I try to practice with competence, conscience, and compassion, putting patients first and helping them move, perform, and move with more confidence and trust in their bodies.I think it is an integral part of healing to empower, activate, and motivate.
